A Sleepy Me On My 9th Monthiversary

Hi Ya! Today marks my 3/4 of a year celebration! Yup, I'm 9-Months old today! I'm quickly outgrowing my baby clothes, so Mummy & Daddy decided to take me shopping for some new clothes. We also stopped by Banana Republic so they could browse too. As you can see from the picture below, I didn't find this store --especially the women's section to be all that interesting. It didn't take long before I found myself dozing off on Daddy's shoulders.

A Touch of Creativity

Ed successfully demonstrates his developing photographic artistry in these shots of Adrian that I love so much. In case you're wondering the prop used -- Adrian is actually sitting inside one of our laundry hampers!!! :) Look around, there's props everywhere - you just need to tap inside your creative side!

Happy Easter!

We took Adrian out on his very first Easter Egg Hunt at Santa Clara Central Park. Little did we know that they had changed the program for the day and instead of having multiple hunts starting at different times for the different age groups, all hunts started promptly at 10AM in different sections of the stadium. I was bummed that Adrian didn't get to pick up an egg or two, but he had fun taking a picture (or 2) with the Easter bunny, looking at the animals, staring at the ducks at the lake and playing at the kiddie booths where Adrian won a few eggs!

Shortly after taking this picture, a little girl came charging towards Adrian thinking that these eggs were up for grabs. We noticed that she didn't have any eggs in her basket so we had Adrian offer her one of his. It was hilarious watching the transaction take place as little Adrian was gripping onto the egg so tightly, I had to "help" him in order to release the egg from his hand. He didn't mind parting ways with the egg at all.

A Date With Some Chickens....

We took Adrian to Emma Prusch Farm Park in San Jose where besides the childrens' playground, there's a farm with live animals and free-roaming chickens. The farm closed minutes before our arrival, but he still had fun rolling around on the picnic mat. We took this picture out in the parking lot where there were a number of chickens eye-ing our little boy. Adrian didn't mind being surrounded by chickens nor all of the cuckoo dooling. Hmm....I wonder what the chickens were saying to each other?!?

So Busted!

"Hmm....what should I watch today?"

"How about this movie?"

A very busted baby Adrian, who succeeds in looking cute, but is faaaaaar from innocent!

A "creeping" Adrian

In an attempt to encourage Adrian to start crawling, we've been placing toys (balls, TV remote, step-stool etc.) in front of him. For some reason, the TV remote and step-stool have proven to be quite motivating for our little boy. Here's a clip of Adrian "creeping" -- meaning laying on the tummy while keeping belly and legs down on the floor and dragging himself along with his arms. Check out how badly he wants the step-stool, albeit a colorful one! :)
